REVEALED: SOUTHWEST YORUBA LEADERS AND REASONS WHY THEY ENDORSED PRESIDENT JONATHAN

Royal fathers from the South Western part of Nigeria,
gathered at the palace of the Ooni of Ife to pray for the
success of president Goodluck Jonathan in the March 28,
2015 presidential elections, stating seven reasons behind
their endorsement of jonathan, reports Unionnews.
1. There is a consensus among the Yorubas on the confab.
The APC never supported the Confab Conference.
2. Anyone saying Yoruba's did not get what they wanted
from the Confab conference, is just ignorant.
3. Buhari and APC's blatant attempt to force feudalism and
continue what the Jihadists, Alimi and Uthman Dan Fodio
tried doing without success on Yorubaland will fail. We
reject it."
4. Yorubaland will not be part of a colonized, feudalistic
contraption.
5. Our endorsement for Jonathan is to ensure our people's
freedom, which the national conference represents.
6. The choice between the two presidential candidates was
a matter of who represents democracy and true
federalism. We have endorsed Jonathan.
7. On March 28, Yoruba people will vote for Jonathan by
massively rejecting the reactionary elements the APC is
trying to force on our people".
